The Carlton Hotel is many things too many people. Part bar and part dining room the venue’s eclectic and often eccentric style combines to form a truly unique space. The dining room takes a modern approach to pub food, offering an array of pub favourites as well as sumptuous bar snacks.
The bar (a mix of flock and velvet) is a feast for the eyes, with over eight beers on tap, quirky cocktails and new world wine list. An exciting addition to The Carlton Hotel is the tropical balcony. Set to the front of the bar above Bourke Street it is tropical escape, complete with palms, in the urban CBD centre.
