Biero is the only bar in the world to have the Beervault™ technology, which allows boutique beers to be sampled cheaply and at the correct temperature. Biero focuses on providing educational experiences to beer lovers and the ‘uninitiated’ alike.

The beer is changed fortnightly to ensure a constantly evolving menu of leading international boutique beers and innovative local microbrewers are made accessible. The beer menu is complemented with food matching and a selection of wines and spirits.
