Nearly twenty years ago Lounge opened, throwing a café, restaurant, bar, club, art space, and live venue in the one room. Lounge upstairs has a range of great food and specials like Pay The Time on Monday nights, while Lounge downstairs has gourmet treats and a daily changing menu, a favorite haunt of city workers.
Free WIFI, a huge outdoor balcony overlooking Swanston st, and a 24 hour license allow us to hold art exhibitions, charity events, fashion shows and performance nights as well. We host five resident weekly club nights that present completely different styles of music, bringing people together from all corners of contemporary subculture.
