Made on site fresh daily and proudly 100% Australian owned, Trampoline Gelato contains only 6% fat (most premium ice creams sit heavy at around 18% fat) and our sorbets are fat free, yippee! Plus we use no artificial colours, flavours or strange sounding chemicals; just the finest and freshest ingredients – think fresh, creamy milk from South Gippsland, sweet, juicy mangoes, smooth Belgium couverture chocolate, chunks of golden honeycomb and crunchy Sicilian pistachios. We’re making you hungry, aren’t we?
