Description

An innovative open kitchen experience, the a la carte menu of Collins Kitchen reflects the several dining concepts including sushi, deli, crustacean, grill, Chinese BBQ, wok and patisserie.

With an emphasis on local and organic produce, Collins Kitchen offers simple and authentic food with an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner and all day dining.

Collins Kitchen also offers the private Kitchen Room for 14 guests and a Chef’s table for 10 guests. Accessible via Grand Hyatt Melbourne’s Russell Street and Collins Street entrances, or via Beaney Lane.
