POP restaurant is aiming to re invigorate the Hardware Lane dining precinct. Contemporary in design and feel but old fashioned in our approach to customer service and food.

Showcasing some of the finest regional produce Victoria has to offer and aiming to give the respect to said ingredients and highlight the integrity of the produce. Seasonal and thoughtful, but never fussy, we like to think we can happily satisfy someone out for a quick bite all the way to a six course dinner.
