'Kouzina' is Greek for 'kitchen', and this particular kitchen allows the owners of the popular Mykonos Café to expand upon their special brand of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.

Deconstructing traditional Greek recipes and ingredients, Executive Chef and owner Theo Kostoglou creates innovative dishes from his ancestry and adapts them to a modern Australian palate - offering us the chance to enjoy creative Greek gastronomy with a difference.

Summer Serve:
Order the summer serve kataifi scallops - spring bay scallops encased in shredded filo pastry, ouzo-yoghurt sauce. Two serves $12.50.
