The Angliss Restaurant is the Institutes flagship venue and the home of the Great Chef program. The Angliss Restaurant provides fine dining service in a modern and sophisticated environment. The restaurant can hold up to 150 people, and offers an a la carte menu as well as function facilities for both cocktail functions and sit down lunch/dinner.
The William Angliss Training Restaurants are for lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday. Bookings are essential. With more than 7,000 students studying hospitality, tourism, cooking and baking at the Institute annually, we offer unique, affordable dining and quality service in our state-of-the-art training restaurants on campus.
