 Option one: Cooks’ Cottage a Melbourne icon

Option one: Cooks’ Cottage a Melbourne iconStudents learn the extraordinary tale of how Cooks’ Cottage came to be a Melbourne icon. From its humble beginnings in England to its sea voyage to Australia and important link to Captain Cook. Led by a professional guide, this tour will help to connect your students with this significant chapter in Australian history.


This is a 30 minute experience and includes entry into Cooks’ Cottage.

 Option two: Fitzroy Garden Heritage Tour

Option two: Fitzroy Garden Heritage TourThis comprehensive tour reveals the Fitzroy Gardens many secrets, shares its Indigenous history, showcases its unique architecture and discovers the gardens native fauna and flora.


This tour also looks to the future, highlighting sustainability for this premiere Melbourne garden.


This is a 60 minute experience and includes entry into Cooks’ Cottage, the latest floral exhibition at the Conservatory, and other highlights such as the iconic Fairies and Scarred Trees.
