Description

Have you ever wondered where Federation Square got its name?

The Federation Story is a free interactive exhibition that traces the events, people and ideas that led to the Federation of Australia in 1901.

It also explores events and issues that have continued to shape our country, our culture and our place in the world.

There’s just one thing missing... You.

You don't need to be a history buff, or a professional writer. You don't even need to know who Henry Parkes was! You can add your own chapter to the story by visiting: www.federationstory.com
