Yarrabank was first created in 1993, from the vision of Champagne Devaux president, Laurent Gillet to produce a benchmark Australian sparkling wine. Since 1996 it has been produced by an ongoing joint venture between Devaux and Yering Station, situated in the stunning Yarra Valley.
The signature elegance and restraint of Yarrabank is ensured each vintage as the stringent MethodeChampenoise is followed, using only exceptional parcels of fruit.
Winemakers from Champagne Devaux visit Yering Station each year to assist in the final assemblage.
Yarrabank will be the sparkling wine of choice at MSFW’s exclusive Opening Party, VIP Platinum Bar and the MSFW High Teas at Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
