Santamanía will be launching their Madrid Dry Gin down under with help from national wine and spirits supplier Bibendum. The Spanish Acquisition and Alimentaria (from MoVida) will be providing beer, wine, sherry, and conservas.
Australia's leading culinary bookstore, Books for Cooks and speciality cheesemonger, Harper and Blohm, with a little help from El Colmado, importer of unique Spanish food and wine, round out the stellar line-up.
Guests can sample products, buy wine at cellar door prices, and dine-in at The Lincoln with no-corkage fees for any bottle purchased on the day.
The Lincoln was recently awarded Pub of the Week by 3AW. Everything is lovingly made in-house, from their bread, mustard and pickles to curing their own free-range bacon, and where sustainable and seasonal ingredients are allowed to shine.
