Visit Melbourne’s oldest prison, where most of Australia’s infamous characters, including bushranger Ned Kelly and gangster Squizzy Taylor, spent time.
Enter the original gaol to see the execution area and Ned Kelly's death mask. Join the charge sergeant on a tour of the cells at the former city watch house or take part in the recreation of a famous trail in the Old Magistrate's Court.
And if you're feeling really brave, come along after dark to take a night tour with the hangman or an evening ghost tour.
Special school holiday programs keep kids entertained and informed with tours and court-room dramas.
