Cooks' cottage

 

Book a Cooks’ Cottage tour and enjoy colourful, expert commentary as you explore this historic Melbourne icon, all year round. School groups and tour groups are welcome.

 

Choose from one of three options, or if you have a particular interest lets us know and we can tailor our tour to suit your needs.

Self-guided tours 

Eight people minimum. Adults $3, Concession $2*

One hour, eight people minimum

This comprehensive guided tour is a must for lovers of history, gardens and architecture! Around every corner the Fitzroy Gardens reveals another memorable moment. Visitors will learn about its historic buildings and sculptures, stroll through its majestic avenues of English elm trees, discover its native wildlife and simply soak in its beautiful formal gardens
