Description

Federation Square is Melbourne’s meeting place and unique cultural precinct, and is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Victoria - receiving over 60 million visits to date. Fed Square is the biggest free Wi-Fi site in Australia, where visitors with a laptop and a wireless connection can enjoy fast, easy internet access.

Fed Square is home to The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia; ACMI; as well as a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars, visitor services and shops.

The Melbourne Visitor Centre is also located at Federation Square, providing a one-stop shop for information on Melbourne for local, interstate and international visitors alike.

Guided walking tours are available from Monday to Saturday at 11am (one hour duration).
