Wherever you are from, our friendly volunteers can help you. They are approachable, friendly and equipped with extensive local knowledge.
City Ambassadors can be mainly found along Swanston Street at corners such as Flinders Street and Bourke Street.
Operating Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 10am to 4pm.
Sunday - noon to 3pm
(excluding Good Friday and Christmas Day)
