Whether you are from across the world or just across town, these friendly volunteers can help you! They are approachable, friendly and equipped with extensive local knowledge.

City Ambassadors can be found in the retail heart of the city along Swanston Street at corners such as Flinders Street and Bourke Street.

You can locate an Ambassador in the central shopping district of the city, the area bordered by Elizabeth, Flinders, Russell and La Trobe Streets, from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday.

Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday - 10am to 4pm (excluding Good Friday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
